Coherent Economics Opens a New Office Led by Antitrust and Intellectual Property Experts

Coherent Economics is pleased to announce the opening of an office in College Station, Texas and the addition of three new experts.

The College Station office will be led by new Coherent Senior Managing Director Dr. Rob Maness and Managing Director Brian Segers. Rob is an expert in antitrust and competition matters, as well as intellectual property and damages disputes. He has extensive testifying experience in state and federal courts and in arbitrations on matters involving a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, chemicals, and more. He is also a member of the faculty at Texas A&M University where he has taught a variety of economics courses. Brian has nearly 20 years of antitrust and intellectual property disputes consulting experience and has served as an expert in intellectual property, labor, and damages matters.

In addition, Dr. Vivek Shah is joining Coherent as a Director based in Los Angeles, California. Vivek has a Ph.D. in applied economics from the Wharton School of Business and over a decade of experience consulting on antitrust and healthcare matters.
