Oversee and manage a team of research analysts carrying out complex economic research and analysis for the preparation of expert reports in antitrust, finance, and intellectual property disputes; manage communications with clients and academic and industry experts; develop training materials pertaining to the above for research analysis.
MS in Financial Mathematics, Econometrics or related, and 1 year of experience as a research analyst researching and preparing complex antitrust, valuation, securities, and intellectual property expert reports and building mathematical models using advanced statistical modeling, Python, Stata, and SAS, and standard valuation approaches including discounted cash flow, public guideline company, and precedent transaction methodologies.
