Coherent is seeking Research Analysts to join our team with a January or June 2026 start.

Research Analysts are expected to learn the basics of data analysis, detailed research, preparing professional-quality work product, and the economic consulting industry. Our work is engagement-specific, and responsibilities vary from project to project. You will be expected to:

Compensation
Salary for this full-time position will be approximately $95,000 depending on qualifications and experience, with a performance-based bonus as well as equity compensation opportunities.

Location and Hybrid/Remote Work Arrangements
We are currently hiring for positions based at both of our office locations: Chicago, IL and College Station, TX. Each office follows a hybrid work schedule, with specific in-office days tailored to support local team collaboration, professional development, and strong workplace culture. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site according to the schedule designated to their respective location.
