Coherent is pleased to announce the addition of George Hickey as a Senior Managing Director. George consults for clients involved in disputes related to corporate M&A transactions such as appraisal and valuation matters, MAC and MAE claims, and corporate governance issues, as well as a wide range of commercial disputes. George spent the past several years serving clients as the founder and president of Middlegame Advisors, and he has more than 20 years of total experience in the economic consulting industry. George has a B.A. from Marquette University and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
