Coherent Economics is thrilled to announce that it has been named to the Crain’s Chicago Business list of 2023 Best Places to Work in Chicago.

This is Coherent’s first appearance on the list, which recognizes companies that create standout workplaces for their teams including high-quality benefits, exceptional culture, and rewarding careers.

Crain’s Chicago Business, working with Best Companies Group, an independent workplace excellence research firm, conducted a two-part evaluation of participating firms. The first part consisted of a survey of workplace policies, benefits, and demographics worth 25% of the total evaluation. The second part, worth 75% of the total evaluation, consisted of a comprehensive and confidential 77-question employee survey evaluating employees’ workplace experience and culture. Participation was open to all publicly and privately-held, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations with a Chicago-area presence of at least 25 employees.
