Wayne Wilson joins Coherent as a Senior Managing Director. He has more than 27 years of experience providing consulting services and expert testimony for clients on matters relating to accounting, finance, economics, and risk management in the energy industry. He has earned multiple accolades and is recognized as a leading expert in international arbitration.

Meredith Alfred joins Coherent as a Director. She has more than 15 years of experience supporting experts and clients in the energy industry through all phases of the litigation process in disputes related to valuation, damages, and financial investigations.

Wayne and Meredith are based in Houston, Texas. They are accompanied by James Robertson, who joins Coherent as a Senior Analyst.
