Cyrille graduated from the University of Chicago with a Master of Public Policy, concurrently earning a Master of Science in Economics and Statistics from ENSAE Paris. His multidisciplinary academic background placed a strong emphasis on mathematical rigour.
Prior to joining Coherent Economics, he gained research experience at the World Bank Group and the French Council of Economic Analysis (Conseil d’analyse économique). Cyrille utilised econometric tools to develop new empirical research and evaluation methodologies. His previous work involved designing panel regression models and constructing composite indicators to assess public policy outcomes.
